Vehicle Speed Sensor: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect vehicle speed sensor connector.
2. Remove vehicle speed sensor.
a. Remove the bolt and vehicle speed sensor.
b. Remove the O-ring from the vehicle speed sensor.
3. Install vehicle speed sensor.
a. Coat a new O-ring with ATF and install it to the vehicle speed sensor.
b. Install the vehicle speed sensor and torque the bolt.
Torque: 5.4 Nm (48 in lbs)
4. Connect vehicle speed sensor connector.
