Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor: Testing and Inspection

INSPECTION

INSPECT ACCELERATOR PEDAL POSITION SENSOR






a. Disconnect the sensor connector.
b. Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between each terminals.






If the resistance is not as specified, replace the accelerator pedal and sensor assembly.

c. Reconnect the sensor connector.
