Coolant

Coolant type:
Use "Toyota Long Life Coolant" or equivalent and mix it with plain water according to the manufacture directions. Follow the manufacturers dilution recommendations on the label.


Use of the coolant which includes more than 50% [freezing protection down to -35°C (-31°F)] or 60% [freezing protection down to -50°C (-58°F)] of ethylene-glycol is recommended, but not more than 70%.

In order to avoid technical problems, only use "Toyota Super Long Life Coolant" or similar high quality ethylene glycol based non-silicate, non-amine, non-nitrite, and non-borate coolant with long-life hybrid organic acid technology.

1. Do not use alcohol type antifreeze or plain water alone.
2. DO NOT FURTHER DILUTE PRE-MIXED MANUFACTURER APPROVED ETHYLENE GLYCOL BASED COOLANT IF USED.
