ADJUSTMENT





1. INSPECT AND ADJUST DIFFERENTIAL OIL
a. Remove the filler plug and gasket.
b. Remove the drain plug and gasket, and drain the oil.
c. Reinstall the drain plug with a new gasket.
Torque: 39 Nm (398 kgf-cm, 29 ft. lbs.)
d. Fill new differential oil as shown in the illustration.
Capacity: 0.5 liter (0.52 US quarts, 0.44 Imp. quarts)
Oil grade: Hypoid gear oil API GL-5





Recommended oil viscosity

e. Reinstall the filler plug with a new gasket.
Torque: 39 Nm (398 kgf-cm, 29 ft. lbs.)
2. ADD DIFFERENTIAL OIL
