Shift Interlock Control Module: Testing and Inspection

INSPECTION
1. INSPECT SHIFT LOCK CONTROL ECU
a. Disconnect the connector of shift lock control ECU.

b. Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between terminals.

c. Connect STP terminal to the batteries positive (+) terminal, and E terminal to the battery negative (-) terminal, and apply about 12 Volts between STP - E terminals.
d. Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between terminals.
