On-Vehicle Inspection
ON-VEHICLE INSPECTIONINSPECT CAMSHAFT TIMING OIL CONTROL VALVE (OCV) RESISTANCE
a.
Disconnect the OCV connector.
b.
Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between the terminals.
Resistance:
6.9 - 7.9 ohms @ 20 °C (68 °F) If the resistance is not as specified, replace the OCV.
c.
Reconnect the OCV connector.
