System Specifications

Crankshaft Pulley Bolt
Using SST, install the pulley bolt.
Torque 138 Nm (1,409 kgf-cm, 102 ft. lbs.)

Timing Cover





Install the timing chain cover, a new O-ring and the water pump with the 17 bolts and nut. Uniformly tighten the bolts and nut in several passes.
Torque:
18.5 Nm (189 kgf-cm, 14 ft. lbs.) for A
13 Nm (133 kgf-cm, 10 ft. lbs.) for B
9 Nm (92 kgf-cm, 80 inch lbs.) for C
11 Nm (113 kgf-cm, 8 ft. lbs.) for others
