Pinout Values and Diagnostic Parameters

TERMINALS OF ECU

1. CHECK INSTRUMENT PANEL JUNCTION BLOCK ASSEMBLY (MULTIPLEX NETWORK BODY ECU)

Terminals Of Control Module / Pinouts:




a. Disconnect the 1C, 1J, 1L, 1K, 1P, B6, B7 and B9 J/B connectors.




b. Check the voltage and resistance between each terminal of the wire harness side connectors and the body ground.

If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.




c. Reconnect the connectors, and check the voltage between each terminal of the connectors and the body ground.

HINT: Use an oscilloscope to check the output voltages of the terminals LSWD, LSWP, LSWL and LSWR. If the result is not as specified, the J/B assembly (body ECU) may have a malfunction.

2. w/ Power back door:
CHECK POWER BACK DOOR ECU

Terminals Of Control Module / Pinouts:







a. Disconnect the P13 and P14 ECU connectors, and check the voltage or resistance of each terminal of the wire harness side connectors.

If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.




b. Reconnect the ECU connectors, and check the voltage of each terminal of the connectors.

If the result is not as specified, the ECU may have a malfunction.
