AMBIENT TEMPERATURE SENSOR CIRCUIT

CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION

The vehicle equipped with the VSC system:

The thermistor assy (Ambient temperature sensor) takes in the information of the outside temperature and sends it as a signal to the ECM. The ECM transmits the signal to the skid control ECU as a communication signal. Depending on the changes of the outside temperature, the ECU controls the tire pressure warning system.

HINT: The signal sent from the thermistor assy (ambient temperature sensor) is used in the A/C.
