Check Tire Pressure Warning Switch Function (Using Hand-Held Tester)
CHECK TIRE PRESSURE WARNING SWITCH FUNCTION (USING HAND-HELD TESTER)a. Connect the hand-held tester to DLC3.
b. Turn the ignition switch ON.
c. Select the "TEST MODE", and operate it the with hand-held tester.
d. Press the tire pressure warning switch is ON.
e. Check that the tire pressure warning lamp comes on.
HINT:
- Unless the above operation including (d) is performed, the tire pressure warning lamp remains off while TEST mode.
- When the tire pressure warning system has any problem, the tire pressure warning lamp blinks at 0.5 second interval.
If the indicator check result is not normal, proceed to the problem symptoms table or TS terminal circuit.

f. Turn the ignition switch OFF.
