Air Flow Meter/Sensor: Service and Repair
REPLACEMENT 1.
DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
2.
REMOVE V-BANK COVER
3.
REMOVE INTAKE AIR FLOW METER SUB-ASSEMBLY
a.
Disconnect the connector.
b.
Remove the 2 screws, then remove the mass air flow meter.
4.
INSTALL INTAKE AIR FLOW METER SUB-ASSEMBLY
5.
INSTALL V-BANK COVER
6.
CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
Torque:
3.9 N.m (40 kgf.cm, 35 in.lbf)
