Pinout Values and Diagnostic Parameters

TERMINALS OF ECU

1. INSPECT INTEGRATION RELAY

Terminals Of Control Module/Pinouts:




a. Disconnect the connector from the integration relay.
b. Measure the resistance between each terminal of the connector and the body ground, as shown in the illustration and table.




If the result is not as specified, the vehicle side may have a malfunction.

c. Reconnect the connector and measure the voltage between each terminal and the body ground, as shown in the illustration and table.




If the result is not as specified, the integration relay may malfunction.

2. INSPECT INSTRUMENTAL PANEL J/B (INTEGRATION RELAY)

Terminals Of Control Module/Pinouts:




a. Disconnect the connectors IA, IB, ID, IF, IH and IJ of the instrument panel J/B.
b. Measure the resistance and voltage between each terminal of the connectors and the body ground, as shown in the illustration and table.




If the result is not as specified, the vehicle side may have a malfunction.
c. Reconnect the connectors and measure the voltage between each terminal and the body ground, as shown in the illustration and table.




If the result is not as specified, the integration relay or instrument panel J/B assembly may have a malfunction.
