With Rear No.2 Seat For RH Side

DISASSEMBLY




1. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION MOULDING RH
a. Remove the 3 screws.
b. Disengage the 4 claws and remove the rear seat cushion moulding RH as shown in the illustration.




2. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION MOULDING REAR RH
a. Remove the 2 screws.
b. Disengage the 5 claws and remove the rear seat cushion moulding rear RH.




3. REMOVE VERTICAL ADJUSTER BRACKET COVER OUTER
a. Remove the screw.
b. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the vertical adjuster bracket cover outer.

4. REMOVE RECLINING HINGE COVER RH
a. Disengage the 4 clips and remove the reclining hinge cover RH.

5. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY
a. Using a "torx" socket wrench (T45), remove the 2 "torx" bolts.
b. Release the 2 rubber bands on the backside of the rear seatback board carpet assembly.
c. Remove the 2 clamps.
d. Remove the 2 bolts and separate type rear seat cushion assembly.

6. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY
a. Disengage the hooks and remove the hog rings and rear seat cushion frame sub-assembly.

7. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER
a. Remove the hog rings and separate type rear seat cushion cover.

8. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION PAD
9. REMOVE REAR SEAT BELT ASSEMBLY INNER
10. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

11. REMOVE REMOTE CONTROL LEVER KNOB
a. Remove the screw and remote control lever knob.

12. REMOVE REAR SEAT COVER BEZEL NO.1
a. Using a screwdriver, disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 covers.

HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

b. Remove the 3 screws and rear seat cover bezel No.1.

13. REMOVE TONNEAU COVER HOOK HOLDER
a. Remove the screw and tonneau cover hook holder.




14. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER
a. Using a moulding remover, disengage the 4 claws and remove the rear seatback cover.




15. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK BOARD CARPET ASSEMBLY
a. Disengage the 7 clips and remove the rear seatback board carpet assembly.

16. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK STRIKER COVER
a. Using a screwdriver, disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear seatback lock striker cover.

HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.




17. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY
a. Remove the 2 screws.
b. Disconnect the rear seat reclining control No.2 cable and remove the rear seat lock control lever sub-assembly.




18. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT
a. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear seat headrest support (LH side).

19. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT

HINT: Use the same procedures described for the LH side.

20. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD
a. Disengage the hooks and remove the hog rings and separate type rear seatback cover with pad.

21. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER
a. Remove the hog rings and separate type rear seatback cover.

22. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK PAD
23. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER RH
a. Remove the reclining adjuster inside cover RH.

24. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER NO.2 RH
a. Remove the screw and rear seatback cover No.2 RH.

25. REMOVE SEAT TRACK UPPER RAIL COVER RH
a. Remove the screw and seat track upper rail cover RH.




26. REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER INNER RH
a. Remove the screw.
b. Remove the rear seat reclining cover inner RH as shown in the illustration .

27. REMOVE REAR SEAT COVER NO.2
a. Remove the screw and rear seat cover No.2.

28. REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING CONTROL NO.2 CABLE
a. Remove the clamp.
b. Disconnect the 5 cables and remove the 2 rear seat reclining control No.2 cables.

29. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY
a. Using a "torx" socket wrench (T45), remove the 4 "torx" bolts and rear seatback frame sub-assembly.

30. REMOVE SEAT TRACK STOP PLATE
a. Remove the clamp.
b. Disengage the 2 seat track stop plate cables.
c. Remove the 2 nuts and seat track stop plate.

31. REMOVE REAR BACK LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY
a. Remove the 3 nuts and rear back lock control lever sub-assembly.

32. REMOVE RECLINING CONTROL LINK SUB-ASSEMBLY
a. Remove the 2 E-rings and 2 springs.
b. Remove the 4 nuts and reclining control link sub-assembly.

33. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY LOWER
a. Using a "torx" socket wrench (T45), remove the 5 "torx" bolts and rear seatback frame sub-assembly lower.

34. REMOVE FOLD SEAT CUSHION FRAME NO.2
a. Remove the 4 nuts and 2 fold seat cushion frames No.2.




35. REMOVE REAR SEAT TRACK ADJUSTING HANDLE
a. Move the rear seat track assembly outer and rear seat track assembly inner fully forward by operating the rear seat track adjusting handle.
b. Using a hexagon wrench 1.5 mm (0.059 in.), push down the 2 handle stoppers as shown in the illustration and remove the rear seat track adjusting handle.

36. REMOVE REAR SEAT TRACK ASSEMBLY OUTER

REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL REAR SEAT TRACK ASSEMBLY INNER
2. INSTALL REAR SEAT TRACK ASSEMBLY OUTER
3. INSTALL REAR SEAT TRACK ADJUSTING HANDLE

4. INSTALL FOLD SEAT CUSHION FRAME NO.2
a. Install the 2 fold seat cushion frames No.2 with the 4 nuts.

Torque: 42 N.m (428 kgf.cm, 31 ft.lbf)

5. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY LOWER
a. Using a "torx" socket wrench (T45), install the rear seatback frame sub-assembly lower with the 5 "torx" bolts.

Torque: 42 N.m (428 kgf.cm, 31 ft.lbf)

6. INSTALL RECLINING CONTROL LINK SUB-ASSEMBLY
a. Install the reclining control link sub-assembly with the 4 nuts.

Torque: 42 N.m (428 kgf.cm, 31 ft.lbf)

b. Install the 2 springs and 2 new E-rings.

7. INSTALL REAR BACK LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY
a. Install the rear back lock control lever sub-assembly with the 3 nuts.

Torque: 18 N.m (184 kgf.cm, 13 ft.lbf)

8. INSTALL SEAT TRACK STOP PLATE
a. Install the seat track stop plate with the 2 nuts.

Torque: 18 N.m (184 kgf.cm, 13 ft.lbf)

b. Install the 2 seat track stop plate cables.
c. Install the clamp.

9. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY
a. Using a "torx" socket wrench (T45), install the rear seatback frame sub-assembly with the 4 "torx" bolts.

Torque: 42 N.m (428 kgf.cm, 31 ft.lbf)

10. INSTALL REAR SEAT RECLINING CONTROL NO.2 CABLE
11. INSTALL REAR SEAT COVER NO.2
12. INSTALL REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER INNER RH
13. INSTALL SEAT TRACK UPPER RAIL COVER RH
14. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK COVER NO.2 RH
15. INSTALL RECLINING ADJUSTER INSIDE COVER RH
16. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK PAD




17. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER
a. Using hog ring pliers, install the separate type rear seatback cover to the rear seatback pad with new hog rings.

NOTE:
- Be careful not to damage the cover.
- When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

18. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD
19. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT
20. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT
21. INSTALL REAR SEAT LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY
22. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK LOCK STRIKER COVER
23. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK BOARD CARPET ASSEMBLY
24. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK COVER
25. INSTALL TONNEAU COVER HOOK HOLDER
26. INSTALL REAR SEAT COVER BEZEL NO.1
27. INSTALL REMOTE CONTROL LEVER KNOB
28. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY
29. INSTALL REAR SEAT BELT ASSEMBLY INNER
30. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION PAD




31. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER
a. Using hog ring pliers, install the separate type rear seat cushion cover to the rear seat cushion pad with new hog rings.

NOTE:
- Be careful not to damage the cover.
- When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

32. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY

33. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY
a. Install the 2 bolts.

Torque: 18 N.m (184 kgf.cm, 13 ft.lbf)

b. Install new 2 clamps.
c. Install the 2 rubber bands on the backside of the rear seatback board carpet assembly.

d. Using a "torx" socket wrench (T45), install the separate type rear seat cushion assembly with the 2 "torx" bolts.

Torque: 21 N.m (214 kgf.cm, 16 ft.lbf)
