Removal and Installation
REMOVAL1. REMOVE GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSEMBLY
2. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL LOWER NO. 2
3. REMOVE AIR DUCT NO.2
a. Remove the screw.
b. Release the 3 claw fittings and remove the air duct No.2.
4. REMOVE ECM
a. Disconnect the connectors.
b. Remove the 2 nuts and ECM.
5. REMOVE BLOWER ASSEMBLY
a. Disconnect the connector and clamp of the cooling unit motor with fan sub-assembly.
b. Disconnect the connector of the recirculation damper servo.
c. Remove the 2 screws and bracket.
d. Remove the bolt, nut and 2 screws.
e. Disconnect the part fitted to the air conditioner radiator assembly and remove the blower assembly.
INSTALLATION
1. INSTALL BLOWER ASSEMBLY
a. Aligning the part to be fitted with that of the air conditioning radiator assembly, install the blower assembly.
b. Install the blower assembly with the bolt, nut and 2 screws.
Torque: BOLT.NUT
9.8 N.m (100 kgf.cm, 87 in.lbf)
c. Install the bracket with the 2 screws.
d. Install the connector and clamp.
2. INSTALL ECM
a. Install the ECM with the 2 nuts.
Torque: 5.5 N.m (56 kgf.cm, 49 in.lbf)
3. INSTALL AIR DUCT NO.2
4. INSTALL GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSEMBLY
