Key Cylinder Lamp: Testing and Inspection

INSPECTION




1. INSPECT TRANSPONDER KEY AMPLIFIER
a. Apply battery voltage to the transponder key amplifier connector.




b. Check that the ignition key cylinder light comes on.
If the result is not as specified, replace the transponder key amplifier.
