Ignition Switch: Service and Repair

Ignition Switch:

IGNITION SWITCH

REMOVAL

1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL




2. REMOVE IGNITION SWITCH ASSEMBLY
a. Disconnect the connector.
b. Remove the 2 screws, then remove the ignition switch.

INSTALLATION




1. INSTALL IGNITION SWITCH ASSEMBLY
a. Connect the connector.
b. Install the ignition switch with the 2 screws.

2. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

Torque: 3.9 N.m (40 kgf.cm, 35 in.lbf)
