Removal and Installation

HeadLight Assembly:

HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY

REMOVAL

HINT:
- Use the same procedures for the RH side and LH side.
- The procedures listed below are for the LH side.

1. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE
2. REMOVE FRONT FENDER SPLASH SHIELD SUBASSEMBLY LH
3. REMOVE FRONT FENDER SPLASH SHIELD SUBASSEMBLY RH
4. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER
5. REMOVE LH HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY




a. Remove the 2 screws.




b. Pull out the LH headlight assembly forward, then release the pin and the headlight bracket.
c. Disconnect the connectors, and remove the LH headlight assembly.

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL LH HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY
2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER
3. INSTALL FRONT FENDER SPLASH SHIELD SUBASSEMBLY RH
4. INSTALL FRONT FENDER SPLASH SHIELD SUBASSEMBLY LH
5. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE
6. VEHICLE PREPARATION FOR HEADLIGHT AIM ADJUSTMENT
7. PREPARATION FOR HEADLIGHT AIMING
8. INSPECT HEADLIGHT AIMING
9. ADJUST HEADLIGHT AIMING
