Ball Joint
Front Suspension Upper Arm





a) As shown in the illustration, flip the ball joint stud back and forth 5 times, before installing the nut.
b) Using a torque wrench, turn the nut continuously one turn per 3 to 5 seconds and take the torque reading on the 5th turn.
Torque: Standard turning torque 1.0 to 4.4 Nm (10 to 45 kgf-cm, 8.9 to 39 inch lbs.)

Front Suspension Lower Arm

Torque: Standard turning torque 0.29 to 2.94 Nm (3 to 30 kgf-cm, 2.6 to 26 inch lbs.)
