Power Switch
REMOVAL1. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 FLOOR BOARD
2. REMOVE REAR DECK FLOOR BOX
3. REMOVE REAR NO. 3 FLOOR BOARD
4. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
CAUTION: Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to prevent airbag and seat belt pretensioner activation.
5. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY
6. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY
7. REMOVE UPPER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY
8. REMOVE POWER SWITCH
a. Push the 2 claws and then remove the power switch.
INSTALLATION
1. INSTALL POWER SWITCH
a. Install the power switch to the upper finish panel.
2. INSTALL UPPER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY
3. INSTALL LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY
4. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY
5. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
6. INSTALL REAR NO. 3 FLOOR BOARD
7. INSTALL REAR DECK FLOOR BOX
8. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 FLOOR BOARD
9. PERFORM INITIALIZATION
a. Perform initialization.
NOTE: Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
