REMOVAL

HINT: Use the same procedures for the RH and LH sides. The procedures listed are for the LH side.

1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
2. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER LH
3. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER RH
4. REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT OPENING COVER
5. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER
6. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUBASSEMBLY UPPER

a. Disconnect the 2 horn connectors.
b. Remove the 2 bolts and reinforcement.

7. REMOVE HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY




a. Remove the 3 screws and bolt.
b. Disconnect the connectors and remove the headlight.

INSTALLATION

HINT:
- Use the same procedures for the RH and LH sides.
- The procedures listed are for the LH side.

1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY LH




a. Connect the connectors with the headlight.
b. Install the 3 screws and bolt.

Torque: 5.4 N.m (55 kgf.cm, 48 in.lbf)

2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUBASSEMBLY UPPER

a. Install the reinforcement with the 2 bolts.
b. Connect the 2 horns connectors.

3. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER
4. INSTALL RADIATOR SUPPORT OPENING COVER
5. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER RH
6. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER LH
7. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
8. ADJUST HEADLIGHT AIMING

a. Adjust the headlight aiming.
