INTRODUCTION:
The DIO installation instructions for the RAV4 towing hitch have been revised for vehicles equipped with the tow package.
Correct torque specifications can be found in the Installation Instructions section of this bulletin, or Refer to the Customization, Installation Instructions section within E-TAS / TIS library:

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS :
The corrected installation instructions for sections 11 and 12 are as follows:







11. Install LH Stiffener Bracket and Back Plate Assembly.
(e) Tighten the (4) M8 bolts on the stiffener back plate to 25 N-m (19 lbf-ft) as shown.

12. Install RH Stiffener Bracket and Back Plate Assembly.
(e) Tighten the (4) M8 bolts on the stiffener back plate to 25 N-m (19 lbf-ft) as shown.
