READ DATA LIST

HINT: By accessing the DATA LIST using the intelligent tester, values of the switches and sensors can be read without removing any parts. Reading the DATA LIST is the first step of troubleshooting and is one method of shortening labor time.

a. Connect the intelligent tester with the CAN VIM to the DLC3.
b. Turn the ignition switch ON and turn the tester ON.
c. Enter the DATA LIST by as given the prompts displayed on the tester screen.
