U660E AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE: TCM: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL TCM
(a) Install the TCM to the automatic transaxle assembly.






(b) Install and tighten the 2 bolts in the order shown in the illustration.
Torque: 11 Nm (112 kgf-cm, 8 ft-lbf)






(c) Connect the connector to the TCM.
(d) Turn the lock lever and secure the connector with the lock lever.
2. INSTALL INTAKE AIR RESONATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

3. INSTALL NO. 1 AIR CLEANER INLET Installation

4. INSTALL NO. 2 AIR CLEANER INLET Installation

5. INSTALL BATTERY
6. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL Installation

7. PERFORM TCM REGISTRATION
HINT:
Registration.

8. PERFORM INITIALIZATION
(a) Perform initialization procedure ( Repair Instruction - Initialization).
NOTICE: Some systems need initialization after reconnecting the cable to the negative battery terminal.
