2AZ-FE ENGINE CONTROL SYSTEM: ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR:

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR





(a) Install a new gasket onto the engine coolant temperature sensor.
(b) Using SST, install the engine coolant temperature sensor.
SST: 09817-33190
Torque: 20 Nm (204 kgf-cm, 15 ft-lbf)
(c) Connect the engine coolant temperature sensor connector.
2. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CASE SUB-ASSEMBLY (Installation)

3. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY (Installation)

4. INSTALL AIR CLEANER INLET ASSEMBLY (Installation)

5. ADD ENGINE COOLANT (Testing and Inspection)

6. CHECK FOR ENGINE COOLANT LEAKS (Testing and Inspection)

7. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (Installation)
