2GR-FE ENGINE CONTROL SYSTEM: ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR:

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR
(a) Install a new gasket to the engine coolant temperature sensor.





(b) Install the engine coolant temperature sensor.
Torque: 20 Nm (204 kgf-cm, 15 ft-lbf)
(c) Connect the engine coolant temperature sensor connector.
2. INSTALL NO. 1 AIR CLEANER INLET (Installation)

3. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CASE SUB-ASSEMBLY (Installation)

4. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY (Installation)

5. INSTALL AIR CLEANER INLET ASSEMBLY (Installation)

6. INSTALL V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (Installation)

7. ADD ENGINE COOLANT (Testing and Inspection)

8. CHECK FOR ENGINE COOLANT LEAKS (Testing and Inspection)

9. INSTALL ENGINE UNDER COVER RH
10. INSTALL ENGINE UNDER COVER LH
