Installation








2GR-FE ENGINE CONTROL SYSTEM: ECM:

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL ECM





(a) Install the ECM bracket with the 4 screws.
Torque: 3.0 Nm (31 kgf-cm, 27 in-lbf)
(b) Connect the 2 ECM connectors.

NOTE: When connecting the connector, make sure that dirt, water and other foreign matter do not become stuck between the connector and other parts.





(1) Connect the 2 ECM connectors and lower the 2 levers.

NOTE: Make sure that the 2 levers are securely lowered.





(c) Install the ECM with the 3 nuts.
Torque: 8.0 Nm (82 kgf-cm, 71 in-lbf)
2. INSTALL COWL TOP PANEL OUTER SUB-ASSEMBLY (Installation)

3. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR AND LINK (Installation)

4. INSTALL COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER SUB-ASSEMBLY (Installation)

5. INSTALL FRONT FENDER TO COWL SIDE SEAL RH (Installation)

6. INSTALL FRONT FENDER TO COWL SIDE SEAL LH (Installation)

7. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WIPER ARM AND BLADE ASSEMBLY LH (Installation)

8. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WIPER ARM AND BLADE ASSEMBLY RH (Installation)

9. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL (Installation)
