INSPECT
CRANKSHAFT POSITION SENSOR (a)
Check the resistance.

Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between the terminals.
Standard resistance: 1,850 to 2,450 Ohms at 20°C (68°F) If the result is not as specified, replace the
crankshaft position sensor.
