Cruise Main Indicator Light Circuit
DESCRIPTION
- The ECM detects a cruise control switch signal and sends it to the combination meter via the CAN communication line. Then the CRUISE main indicator light comes on.
- The CRUISE main indicator light circuit uses the CAN for communication. If there is a malfunction in this circuit, check for DTCs in the CAN communication system before troubleshooting this circuit.

1. PERFORM ACTIVE TEST USING TECHSTREAM (CRUISE MAIN INDICATOR LIGHT)
(a) Using the Techstream, perform the Active Test.
Combination Meter
OK:
Indicator light comes on/goes off.
NG -- REPLACE COMBINATION METER ASSEMBLY
OK -- Continue to next step.
2. READ VALUE USING TECHSTREAM (CRUISE MAIN INDICATOR LIGHT)
(a) Using the Techstream, read the Data List.

OK:
The Techstream display changes according to condition of CRUISE main indicator light.
NG -- REPLACE ECM
OK -- PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE
