PRE-COLLISION: SEAT BELT CONTROL ECU: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL SEAT BELT CONTROL ECU





(a) Install the seat belt control ECU to the certification ECU with the bolt.
Torque: 5.5 Nm (56 kgf-cm, 49 in-lbf)






(b) Install the seat belt control ECU together with the certification ECU with the 2 nuts.
Torque: 5.5 Nm (56 kgf-cm, 49 in-lbf)
(c) Connect the connectors.

4. INSTALL DRIVER SIDE KNEE AIRBAG ASSEMBLY Installation

5. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

6. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL GARNISH Installation

7. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL GARNISH Installation

8. INSTALL LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH Installation

9. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL CUSHION Installation

10. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
11. CHECK SRS WARNING LIGHT
(a) Check the SRS warning light Diagnosis System.
