AIR CONDITIONING: COMPRESSOR AND MAGNETIC CLUTCH (for 1ZZ-FE):

ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION

1. INSPECT COMPRESSOR AND MAGNETIC CLUTCH
(a) Connect the positive (+) lead from the battery to terminal 1 and the negative (-) lead to the body ground.
(b) Check that the magnetic clutch energized.
If operation is not as specified, replace the magnetic clutch assembly.
