Removal









AIR CONDITIONING: CONDENSER:

COMPONENTS






REMOVAL

1. DISCHARGE REFRIGERANT FROM REFRIGERATION SYSTEM (Service and Repair)

2. DISCONNECT AIR CONDITIONING TUBE ASSEMBLY





(a) Remove the bolt and disconnect the cooler refrigerant liquid pipe A from the w/receiver condenser assembly.
(b) Remove the O-ring from the cooler refrigerant liquid pipe A.

NOTE: Seal the opening of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent moisture and foreign matter from entering.

3. DISCONNECT DISCHARGE HOSE SUB-ASSEMBLY





(a) Remove the bolt and discharge hose sub-assembly from the w/receiver condenser assembly.
(b) Remove the O-ring from the discharge hose sub-assembly.

NOTE: Seal the opening of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent moisture and foreign matter from entering.

4. REMOVE W/RECEIVER CONDENSER ASSEMBLY





(a) Remove the 2 bolts and 2 radiator upper supports.





(b) Remove the 2 bolts.
(c) Slide the upper part of the radiator assembly rearward to remove the w/receiver condenser assembly.
