DIFFERENTIAL: ACTIVE TORQUE CONTROL 4WD SYSTEM: CALIBRATION

CALIBRATION

1. DESCRIPTION
(a) When the 4WD control ECU is replaced with a normal one from another vehicle or the yaw rate sensor is replaced, perform calibration.
(b) Follow the chart to perform calibration.





HINT:
- When the 4WD control ECU is replaced with a new one, calibration is unnecessary.
- Calibrate the 4WD control ECU by performing calibration of the vehicle stability control system.

2. PERFORM CALIBRATION
(a) Calibrate the 4WD control ECU by performing the vehicle stability control system calibration.
HINT: To perform the vehicle stability control system calibration, refer to PERFORM ZERO POINT CALIBRATION OF YAW RATE AND DECELERATION SENSOR FOR 4WD VEHICLES AND 2WD VEHICLES (When not Using Techstream) Programming and Relearning.
