SEAT: FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Manual Seat):

COMPONENTS









INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY LH
(a) Place the seat in the cabin.

NOTE: Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

(b) Connect the connectors under the seat.
(c) Tighten the 2 bolts on the front side of the seat.
Torque: 37 Nm (375 kgf-cm, 27 ft-lbf)
(d) Tighten the 2 bolts on the rear side of the seat.
Torque: 37 Nm (375 kgf-cm, 27 ft-lbf)
(e) When sliding the seat, check that both adjusters lock simultaneously.

HINT: Check that the seat adjusters lock.

(f) Install the 2 seat track covers.
(g) Install the headrest.
2. CONNECT BATTERY NEGATIVE TERMINAL
3. INSPECT SRS WARNING LIGHT

4. INSPECT SEAT HEATER OPERATION (w/ Seat Heater System)
5. INITIALIZE FRONT PASSENGER OCCUPANT CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (for Front Passenger Side)
