SEAT: REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Coupe):

REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER





(a) Using hog ring pliers, install the seat cushion cover to the seat cushion pad with new hog rings.

- Be careful not to damage the cover.
- When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

2. INSTALL REAR SEAT BACK LOCK SUB-ASSEMBLY LH
(a) Install the seatback lock with the 2 bolts.
Torque: 30 Nm (306 kgf-cm, 22 ft-lbf)
3. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK LOCK SUB-ASSEMBLY RH
(a) Install the seatback lock with the 2 bolts.
Torque: 30 Nm (306 kgf-cm, 22 ft-lbf)
4. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK COVER LH
(a) Using hog ring pliers, install the seatback cover to the seatback pad with new hog rings.

NOTICE:
- Be careful not to damage the cover.
- When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

(b) Install the seatback pad with cover to the seatback frame.
(c) Install the 2 headrest supports.
(d) Using hog ring pliers, install the seatback cover to the seatback frame with new hog rings.

NOTICE:
- Be careful not to damage the cover.
- When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

(e) Install the rear seatback hinge LH and rear seat hinge center with the 2 bolts.
Torque: 18 Nm (185 kgf-cm, 13 ft-lbf)
5. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK COVER RH
(a) Using hog ring pliers, install the seatback cover to the seatback pad with new hog rings.

NOTICE:
- Be careful not to damage the cover.
- When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

(b) Install the seatback pad with cover to the seatback frame.
(c) Install the 2 headrest supports and the rear seatback stop button grommet.
(d) Using hog ring pliers, install the seatback cover to the seatback frame with new hog rings.

NOTICE:
- Be careful not to damage the cover.
- When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.

(e) Install the rear seatback hinge RH and rear seat hinge center with the 2 bolts.
Torque: 18 Nm (185 kgf-cm, 13 ft-lbf)
