INSPECTION PROCEDURE

PROCEDURE

1. INSPECT INSTRUMENT PANEL JUNCTION BLOCK ASSEMBLY
(a) Disconnect the B6 from the instrument panel junction block assembly.





(b) Disconnect the 2N connector from the instrument panel junction block assembly.





(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard resistance:





NG -- INSPECT HEADLIGHT DIMMER SWITCH ASSEMBLY
OK -- PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE
2. INSPECT HEADLIGHT DIMMER SWITCH ASSEMBLY

NG -- REPLACE HEADLIGHT DIMMER SWITCH ASSEMBLY
OK -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
