Applicability

Introduction

Some 2007-2009 model year Prius vehicles may have an appearance issue and exhibit excessive condensation or moisture on the interior of the headlamp(s) Follow the procedures in this bulletin to address this condition

Repair Procedure

1. Confirm buildup of excessive condensation or moisture in headlamp assembly(s).

If headlamps have excessive condensation or moisture present, proceed with repair. If condensation or moisture is not present this TSB does NOT apply.

2. Replace the affected headlamp assembly(s).

Refer to the Technical Information System (TIS), applicable model and model year Repair Manual:
