ENGINE IMMOBILISER: TRANSPONDER KEY ECU: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL TRANSPONDER KEY ECU





(a) Install the transponder key ECU with the nut.
Torque: 5.5 Nm (56 kgf-cm, 49in-lbf)
2. INSTALL TRANSPONDER KEY BRACKET (w/ Bracket)





(a) Install the transponder key bracket with the nut.
Torque: 5.5 Nm (56 kgf-cm, 49in-lbf)
3. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING UNIT ASSEMBLY Installation
4. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation
5. REGISTER ECU COMMUNICATION ID
NOTICE: When replacing the transponder key ECU, perform initialization Engine Immobiliser System.

6. REGISTER KEY
NOTICE: When replacing the transponder key ECU, perform initialization Engine Immobiliser System.
