Your voice can be heard correctly.
NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE CELLULAR PHONE
OK -- Continue to next step.
2. CHECK SETTINGS
(a) Check if mute is set to ON.
OK:
Mute is not set to ON.
NG -- TURN MUTE OFF
OK -- PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE
