Power Window Regulator Motor (for Rear Door)

WINDSHIELD / WINDOWGLASS: POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR (for Rear Door): INSPECTION

INSPECTION

1. INSPECT REAR POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY LH





(a) Apply battery voltage to connector terminals 1 and 2.
(b) Check that the motor gear rotates smoothly as follows.
OK:

for Double Cab:





for CrewMax:





If the result is not as specified, replace the motor.

2. INSPECT REAR POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY RH





(a) Apply battery voltage to connector terminals 1 and 2.
(b) Check that the motor gear rotates smoothly as follows.
OK:

for Double Cab:





for CrewMax:





If the result is not as specified, replace the motor.
