Installation

2TR-FE ENGINE CONTROL: CRANKSHAFT POSITION SENSOR: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL CRANKSHAFT POSITION SENSOR

(a) Apply a light coat of engine oil to the O-ring of the crankshaft position sensor.









(b) Install the crankshaft position sensor with the bolt.

Torque : 8.5 Nm (87 kgf-cm, 75 in-lbf)

NOTICE:
Make sure that the O-ring is not cracked or jammed when installing it.

(c) Connect the crankshaft position sensor connector and attach the wire harness clamp.

2. INSTALL NO. 1 COMPRESSOR MOUNTING BRACKET Installation

3. CONNECT COOLER COMPRESSOR ASSEMBLY Installation

4. CONNECT VANE PUMP ASSEMBLY Installation

5. INSTALL FAN SHROUD

(a) Install the fan shroud Installation.
