WINDOW / GLASS: POWER WINDOW CONTROL SYSTEM: TERMINALS OF ECU
1. CHECK MULTIPLEX NETWORK MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY
(a) Disconnect the h1 multiplex network master switch connector.
(b) Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
HINT
Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.
(c) If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness.
(d) Reconnect the h1 multiplex network master switch connector.
(e) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
(f) If the result is not as specified, the multiplex network master switch may have a malfunction.
2. CHECK POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY
(a) Disconnect the g1 power window regulator switch connector.
(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
HINT
Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.
(c) If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness.
(d) Reconnect the g1 power window regulator switch connector.
(e) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
(f) If the result is not as specified, the power window regulator switch may have a malfunction.
3. CHECK REAR POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY LH
(a) Disconnect the j1 rear power window regulator switch connector.
(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
HINT
Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.
(c) If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness.
(d) Reconnect the j1 rear power window regulator switch connector.
(e) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
(f) If the result is not as specified, the power window regulator switch may have a malfunction.
4. CHECK REAR POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY RH
(a) Disconnect the i1 rear power window regulator switch connector.
(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
HINT
Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.
(c) If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness.
(d) Reconnect the i1 rear power window regulator switch connector.
(e) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
(f) If the result is not as specified, the rear power window regulator switch may have a malfunction.
5. CHECK BACK DOOR POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY
(a) Disconnect the f1 back door power window regulator switch connector.
(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
HINT
Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.
(c) If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness.
(d) Reconnect the f1 rear power window regulator switch connector.
(e) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
(f) If the result is not as specified, the rear power window regulator switch may have a malfunction.
6. CHECK FRONT POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY LH
(a) Disconnect the I2 power window regulator motor connector.
(b) Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
HINT
Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.
(c) If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness.
(d) Reconnect the I2 power window regulator motor connector.
(e) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
(f) If the result is not as specified, the power window regulator motor may have a malfunction.
7. CHECK FRONT POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY RH
(a) Disconnect the H2 power window regulator motor connector.
(b) Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
HINT
Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.
(c) If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness.
(d) Reconnect the H2 power window regulator motor connector.
(e) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
(f) If the result is not as specified, the power window regulator motor may have a malfunction.
8. CHECK REAR POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY LH
(a) Disconnect the K2 rear power window regulator motor connector.
(b) Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
HINT
Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.
(c) If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness.
(d) Reconnect the K2 rear power window regulator motor connector.
(e) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
(f) If the result is not as specified, the rear power window regulator motor may have a malfunction.
9. CHECK REAR POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY RH
(a) Disconnect the J2 rear window regulator motor connector.
(b) Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
HINT
Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.
(c) If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness.
(d) Reconnect the J2 rear power window regulator motor connector.
(e) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
(f) If the result is not as specified, the rear power window regulator motor may have a malfunction.
10. CHECK BACK DOOR POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR ASSEMBLY
(a) Disconnect the W9 back door power window regulator motor connector.
(b) Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
HINT
Measure the values on the wire harness side with the connector disconnected.
(c) If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness.
(d) Reconnect the W9 back door power window regulator motor connector.
(e) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
(f) If the result is not as specified, the back door power window regulator motor may have a malfunction.
