Removal

AUDIO / VISUAL: MULTI-MEDIA INTERFACE ECU: REMOVAL

1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

CAUTION:
Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to disable the SRS system.

2. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH Removal

3. REMOVE COWL SIDE TRIM SUB-ASSEMBLY LH Removal

4. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL LH Removal

5. REMOVE DRIVER SIDE KNEE AIRBAG ASSEMBLY Removal

6. REMOVE MULTI-MEDIA INTERFACE ECU ASSEMBLY

(a) Disconnect each connector.





(b) Disengage the clamp.

(c) Remove the 2 nuts and multi-media interface ECU assembly.
