Reassembly

INTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: FRONT CONSOLE BOX: REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL CENTER POWER OUTLET SOCKET COVER

(a) Engage the 2 claws and install the center power outlet socket cover.





2. INSTALL CENTER POWER OUTLET SOCKET ASSEMBLY Installation

3. INSTALL NO. 1 CONSOLE BOX SILENCER PAD (for TMMC, NUMMI Made)

(a) Install the No. 1 console box silencer pad.





HINT
Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

4. INSTALL NO. 2 CONSOLE BOX SILENCER PAD (for TMMC, NUMMI Made)

(a) Install the No. 2 console box silencer pad.





HINT
Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

5. INSTALL NO. 1 CONSOLE BOX HOLE COVER (for TMMC, NUMMI Made)

(a) Engage the 2 claws and guide.





(b) Install the No. 1 console box hole cover with the 2 screws.

6. INSTALL NO. 2 CONSOLE BOX HOLE COVER (for TMMC, NUMMI Made)

(a) Engage the 2 claws and guide.





(b) Install the No. 2 console box hole cover with the 2 screws.

7. INSTALL CONSOLE REAR END PANEL (for TMMC, NUMMI Made)

(a) Engage the 10 claws and install the console rear end panel.





8. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL CUP HOLDER SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Engage the 4 claws and install the instrument panel cup holder sub-assembly.





9. INSTALL CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR HINGE SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/o Lower Console Box)

(a) Install the console compartment door hinge sub-assembly with the 2 screws.





10. INSTALL CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/o Lower Console Box)

(a) Install the console compartment door lock sub-assembly with the 2 screws.





11. INSTALL CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR CUSHION

(a) Install the 2 console compartment door cushions to the console compartment door.





12. INSTALL CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/o Lower Console Box)

(a) Install the console compartment door sub-assembly with the 2 screws.





13. INSTALL CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Lower Console Box)

(a) Install the console compartment door sub-assembly with the 2 screws.
