DESCRIPTION
Connecting terminals TC and CG of the DLC3 makes the tire pressure warning light blink to output DTCs.

HINT
When various warning lights continue blinking, a ground short in the wiring of terminal TC of the DLC3 or an internal ground short in each ECU is suspected.
INSPECTION PROCEDURE
NOTICE:
* When replacing the tire pressure warning ECU, read the transmitter IDs stored in the old ECU using Techstream and write them down before removal.
* It is necessary to perform initialization Initialization after registration Registration of the transmitter IDs into the tire pressure warning ECU if the ECU has been replaced.
PROCEDURE
1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (ECU - DLC3)
(a) Disconnect the D33 ECU connector.
(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard resistance:
NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR OR EACH ECU
OK -- PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE Symptom Related Diagnostic Procedures
