Installation

WIPER AND WASHER: WASHER MOTOR (for Front Side): INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL FRONT WASHER MOTOR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the front washer motor and pump assembly.





(b) Connect the connector.

2. FILL WASHER JAR WITH WASHER FLUID

(a) Connect the washer hose to the front washer motor and pump assembly and fill the washer jar with washer fluid.





3. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER RH Installation

4. INSTALL FRONT FENDER MOULDING SUB-ASSEMBLY RH Installation

5. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY (w/o Fog Light) Installation

6. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY (w/ Fog Light) Installation

7. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE Installation

8. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL Installation

9. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER

10. INSTALL ENGINE UNDER COVER ASSEMBLY (for 2GR-FE) Installation

11. VEHICLE PREPARATION FOR FOG LIGHT AIMING ADJUSTMENT (w/ Fog Light) Adjustments

12. PREPARATION FOR FOG LIGHT AIMING (w/ Fog Light) Adjustments

13. INSPECT FOG LIGHT AIMING (w/ Fog Light) Adjustments

14. ADJUST FOG LIGHT AIMING (w/ Fog Light) Adjustments
