Installation

3MZ-FE ENGINE CONTROL SYSTEM: CAMSHAFT OIL CONTROL VALVE: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL CAMSHAFT TIMING OIL CONTROL VALVE ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Apply a coat of engine oil to an O-ring of the oil control valve.

(b) Install the camshaft timing oil control valve with the bolt.





Torque : 8.0 Nm (82 kgf-cm, 71 in-lbf)

(c) Connect the camshaft timing oil control valve connector.

2. INSTALL CAMSHAFT TIMING OIL CONTROL VALVE ASSEMBLY RH

(a) Apply a coat of engine oil to an O-ring of the oil control valve.

(b) Install the camshaft timing oil control valve with the bolt.





Torque : 8.0 Nm (82 kgf-cm, 71 in-lbf)

(b) Connect the camshaft timing oil control valve connector.

4. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

5. INSTALL NO. 2 ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH Installation

6. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL Installation

7. INSTALL OUTER COWL TOP PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

8. INSTALL WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR AND LINK ASSEMBLY Installation

9. INSTALL COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

10. INSTALL HOOD TO COWL TOP SEAL Installation

11. INSTALL FRONT WIPER ARM AND BLADE ASSEMBLY RH Installation

12. INSTALL FRONT WIPER ARM AND BLADE ASSEMBLY LH Installation
