AUDIO / VISUAL: AUDIO AND VISUAL SYSTEM: TERMINALS OF ECU

1. CHECK RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY (for Separate Type Amplifier System)





(a) Disconnect the E62 and E80 receiver connectors.

(b) Measure the resistance and voltage of the wire harness side connector.





HINT
If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

(c) Reconnect the E62 and E80 receiver connectors.

(d) Measure the voltage of the connectors.









HINT
If the result is not as specified, the receiver may have a malfunction.

2. CHECK RADIO RECEIVER (for Built-in Type Amplifier System)





(a) Disconnect the E47 receiver connector.

(b) Measure the resistance and voltage of the wire harness side connector.





HINT
If the results is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

(c) Reconnect the E47 receiver connector.

(d) Measure the voltage of the connectors.

(e) If the result is not as specified, the receiver may have a malfunction.

3. CHECK STEREO COMPONENT AMPLIFIER (for Separate Type Amplifier System)





(a) Disconnect the L13, L14 and L15 amplifier connectors.

(b) Measure the resistance and voltage of the wire harness side connectors.





HINT
If the results is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

(c) Reconnect the L13, L14 and L15 amplifier connectors.

(d) Measure the voltage of the connectors.

If the result is not as specified, the amplifier may have a malfunction.
