1. CHECK SPEAKER

(a) Check the malfunctioning speakers.

3. INSPECT FRONT NO. 1 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY

(a) Disconnect the L8*1 and/or M10*2 front No. 1 speaker assembly connector.





*1: for RH

*2: for LH

(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:





NG -- REPLACE FRONT NO. 1 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY Removal
OK -- Continue to next step.

4. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (STEREO COMPONENT AMPLIFIER - FRONT NO. 1 SPEAKER)

(a) Disconnect the I31 stereo component amplifier assembly connector.





(b) Disconnect the L8*1 and/or M10*2 front No. 1 speaker assembly connector.

*1: for RH

*2: for LH

(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:

for RH
for LH










NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR

OK -- REPLACE STEREO COMPONENT AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY Removal

5. INSPECT FRONT NO. 2 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY

(a) Disconnect the I10*1 and/or I12*2 front No. 2 speaker assembly connector.





*1: for RH

*2: for LH

(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:

for RH
for LH










NG -- REPLACE FRONT NO. 2 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY Removal
OK -- Continue to next step.

6. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (STEREO COMPONENT AMPLIFIER - FRONT NO. 2 SPEAKER)

(a) Disconnect the I19 stereo component amplifier assembly connector.





(b) Disconnect the I10*1 and/or I12*2 front No. 2 speaker assembly connector.

*1: for RH

*2: for LH

(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:

for RH
for LH










NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR

7. INSPECT FRONT NO. 3 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY

(a) Disconnect the L1*1 and/or M1*2 front No. 3 speaker assembly connector.





*1: for RH

*2: for LH

(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:





NG -- REPLACE FRONT NO. 3 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY Removal
OK -- Continue to next step.

8. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (FRONT NO. 2 SPEAKER - FRONT NO. 3 SPEAKER)

*1: for RH

*2: for LH

(a) Disconnect the I10*1 and/or I12*2 front No. 2 speaker assembly connector.





(b) Disconnect the L1*1 and/or M1*2 front No. 3 speaker assembly connector.

(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:

for RH
for LH










NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR

OK -- REPLACE FRONT NO. 2 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY Removal

9. INSPECT FRONT NO. 4 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY

(a) Disconnect the I14 front No. 4 speaker assembly connector.





(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:





NG -- REPLACE FRONT NO. 4 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY Removal
OK -- Continue to next step.

10. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (STEREO COMPONENT AMPLIFIER - FRONT NO. 4 SPEAKER)

(a) Disconnect the I31 stereo component amplifier assembly connector.





(b) Disconnect the I14 front No. 4 speaker assembly connector.

(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:





NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR

OK -- REPLACE STEREO COMPONENT AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY Removal

11. CHECK SPEAKER

(a) Check the malfunctioning speakers.

12. INSPECT REAR NO. 2 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY

(a) Disconnect the N2*1 and/or N8*2 rear No. 2 speaker assembly connector.

*2: for LH

(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:





NG -- REPLACE REAR NO. 2 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY Removal
OK -- Continue to next step.

13. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (STEREO COMPONENT AMPLIFIER - REAR NO. 2 SPEAKER)

(a) Disconnect the I19 stereo component amplifier assembly connector.





(b) Disconnect the N2*1 and/or N8*2 rear No. 2 speaker assembly connector.

*1: for RH

*2: for LH

(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:

for RH
for LH










NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR

OK -- REPLACE STEREO COMPONENT AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY Removal

14. INSPECT REAR NO. 1 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY

(a) Disconnect the N1*1 and/or N7*2 rear No. 1 speaker assembly connector.





*1: for RH

*2: for LH

(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:





NG -- REPLACE REAR NO. 1 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY Removal
OK -- Continue to next step.

15. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (REAR NO. 2 SPEAKER - REAR NO. 1 SPEAKER)

*1: for RH

*2: for LH

(a) Disconnect the N2*1 and/or N8*2 rear No. 2 speaker connector.





(b) Disconnect the N1*1 and/or N7*2 rear No. 1 speaker connector.

(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:

for RH
for LH










NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR

OK -- REPLACE REAR NO. 2 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY Removal

16. INSPECT QUARTER SIDE SPEAKER ASSEMBLY

(a) Disconnect the O37*1 and/or O31*2 quarter side speaker connector.





*1: for RH

*2: for LH

(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:





NG -- REPLACE QUARTER SIDE SPEAKER ASSEMBLY Removal
OK -- Continue to next step.

17. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (STEREO COMPONENT AMPLIFIER - QUARTER SIDE SPEAKER)

(a) Disconnect the I31 and I19 stereo component amplifier assembly connectors.





(b) Disconnect the O37*1 and/or O31*2 quarter side speaker assembly connector.

*1: for RH

*2: for LH

(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:

for RH
for LH










NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR

OK -- REPLACE STEREO COMPONENT AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY Removal

18. INSPECT W/ BOX NO.1 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY

(a) Disconnect the O13 w/ box No. 1 speaker assembly connector.





(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:





NG -- REPLACE W/ BOX NO.1 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY Removal
OK -- Continue to next step.

19. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (STEREO COMPONENT AMPLIFIER - W/ BOX NO. 1 SPEAKER)

(a) Disconnect the I31 and I19 stereo component amplifier assembly connectors.





(b) Disconnect the O13 w/ box No. 1 speaker assembly connector.

(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Standard Resistance:





NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
