Installation

SEAT: REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY: INSTALLATION

HINT
* Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.
* The procedure listed below are for the RH side.
1. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY RH

(a) Place the rear No. 1 seat assembly in the cabin.

NOTICE:
Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

(b) Insert the 2 locating pins through the 2 body holes, move the rear No. 1 seat to its rearmost position, and make sure that the inner and outer seat tracks are locked securely.





(c) Install the 2 bolts.

Torque : 37 Nm (374 kgf-cm, 27 ft-lbf)

(d) Operate the seat track adjusting handle to move the seat to the foremost position and make sure that the inner and outer seat tracks are locked securely.





(e) Install the 2 bolts.

Torque : 37 Nm (374 kgf-cm, 27 ft-lbf)

2. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Seat Heater System)

(a) Place the rear No. 1 seat assembly in the cabin.

NOTICE:
Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

(b) Insert the 2 locating pins through the 2 body holes, move the rear No. 1 seat to its rearmost position, and make sure that the inner and outer seat tracks are locked securely.





(c) Install the 2 bolts.

Torque : 37 Nm (374 kgf-cm, 27 ft-lbf)

(d) Operate the seat track adjusting handle to move the seat to the foremost position and make sure that the inner and outer seat tracks are locked securely.





(e) Install the 2 bolts.

Torque : 37 Nm (374 kgf-cm, 27 ft-lbf)

(f) Attach the wire harness clamp and connect the seat heater connector.





3. INSTALL SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER INNER (w/ Center Seat)

(a) Attach the 9 clips to install the seat track bracket cover.





4. INSTALL SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER INNER

(a) Attach the 6 clips to install the seat track bracket cover.





(b) Operate the seat track adjusting handle to move the seat to the rearmost position.

5. INSTALL REAR SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER INNER

(a) Attach the 2 claws to install the rear seat track bracket cover.





6. INSTALL REAR SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER OUTER

(a) Attach the 2 claws to install the rear seat track bracket cover.





7. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH Installation

8. INSTALL REAR FLOOR STEP NO. 1 COVER Installation

9. INSTALL REAR FLOOR STEP NO. 2 COVER Installation

10. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION HINGE COVER LOWER RH Installation
