EXTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: FRONT BUMPER: DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER GARNISH

(a) Remove the 6 clips.

(b) Detach the 17 claws and remove the front bumper garnish.





2. REMOVE FOG LIGHT COVER LH

(a) Detach the 6 claws and remove the fog light cover.





3. REMOVE FOG LIGHT COVER RH

Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

4. REMOVE FOG LIGHT MOUNTING BRACKET LH (w/ Fog Light) Removal

5. REMOVE FOG LIGHT MOUNTING BRACKET RH (w/ Fog Light)

6. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Fog Light) Removal

7. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Fog Light)

8. REMOVE NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR (w/ Intuitive Parking Assist System) Removal

9. REMOVE NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER (w/ Intuitive Parking Assist System) Removal

10. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER BRACKET LH

(a) Detach the 2 claws and remove the front fender liner bracket.





11. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER BRACKET RH

Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

12. REMOVE CLIP

(a) Remove the clip.

Use the same procedure for all clips.

13. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT LH

(a) Remove the 2 screws.





(b) Detach the 3 claws and remove the front bumper side support.

14. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT RH

Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

15. REMOVE FRONT UPPER CENTER BUMPER RETAINER

(a) Remove the 6 nuts and front upper center bumper retainer.





16. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER END RETAINER LH

(a) Remove the 3 nuts and front bumper end retainer.





17. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER END RETAINER RH

Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

18. REMOVE LASER RADAR SENSOR (w/ Dynamic Laser Cruise Control System) Removal

19. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT

(a) Remove the 6 nuts and front bumper reinforcement.





20. REMOVE FRONT NO. 2 BUMPER EXTENSION SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Remove the 4 nuts and front No. 2 bumper extension.

HINT
The front No. 2 bumper extension cannot be removed easily if the stud bolts on the back side are installed to the body.





21. REMOVE FRONT NO. 2 BUMPER EXTENSION SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

22. REMOVE RADIATOR SIDE DEFLECTOR LH





(a) Using a clip remover, remove the 6 clips and radiator side deflector.

23. REMOVE RADIATOR SIDE DEFLECTOR RH (w/o Oil Cooler)

Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

24. REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT TO FRAME SEAL RH (w/ Oil Cooler)





(a) Using a clip remover, remove the 2 clips and radiator support to frame seal.
